Each villa has 3 bedrooms (each one has a queen bed), 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a living room. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. The third bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor and have a mini kitchen, which adds privacy and comfort to our guests. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a private bathroom.
In addition, you will have access to our common areas which include the largest saltwater pool in the Southern Caribbean, a yoga deck, another big kitchen, a pizza oven, a barbecue, and a Tiki-Bar.
Larger groups can book several adjacent villas, or have the option of adding a single or bunk bed to one of the bedrooms for an additional fee. These spacious villas offer everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. It is the perfect place for families and groups of friends looking for a serene getaway to the Caribbean, and in a safe environment!

Space is big and we’ll distributed, staff is friendly and helpful. Our girls LOVED the pool and the fact that there’s little people so they didn’t need to worry about sharing it with others, playa negra nearby is amazing too.

The kids pool was empty. I was traveling with a 3 yrs old so we would have liked for this pool to be available, as the website said. It seemed like it’s been empty for a while actually. And there was a noise in the roof at night so it was hard to slesee more

The security locks are jammed because of the water so we had to try hard to open it. Also the toilets had some issue because sometimes any toilet flush. So we have to wait and suddenly start to flush.

Loved how the rooms were set up each with its own bathroom and very apart. Perfect for three singles or couples to share time together but also have privacy. Also liked that each room had its own lock. The kitchen and living area were nice and open, see more

Xio the property manager and staff were fantastic. They were always around to answer a question or help if the need was there. We were a couple minute walk to the beach at Playa Negro and maybe 15 minutes more to Puerto Viejo

The only thing I can say just to put something here was that we only had 5 coffee cups and 4 forks for 6 people. Was not a big deal as we bought a pack of forks to leave and we all had brought insulated cups for cocktails we used for coffee.

Para nosotros la idea de las cortinas en el comedor es excelente. Sugerimos poner unas dos más. Y también decirles que el sol de la mañana, pega directo en el refrigerador. Por lo demás todo excelente!

Una vez ya hospedados la comunicación fue muy eficiente, sin embargo antes de reservar que teníamos varias preguntas y ciertos temas a tomar en cuenta costó mucho nos contestaran.
